Fixed Fire Water / Foam Monitor
A monitor is a device used to control large fire streams. Monitors are often used in high-risk situations to direct large volumes of water in a short period of time. We have three basic types namely stationary, portable and a remote-controlled type. A stationary monitor is permanently installed on a hydrant, fire fighting vehicle. A portable monitor can be moved to a desired place, and a remote controlled monitor is engineered to guard against airport hangers, refineries, chemical plants, etc. It can be activated from a remote location where the operator can turn on the water supply and direct the water either vertically or horizontally.
